Complex shapes, surfaces resulting from free modelling which cannot be processed by CNC mechanical machining, as in the case of jewellery for example, are normally realised using micro-casting techniques.

This technology does not however guarantee the homogeneity of the material, the precision and the finish level required for a watch case. The integration of these two technologies, i.e. micro-casting and CNC mechanical processing, allows us to produce parts with non-geometric shapes that boast all the technical and finish specifications required for high-end watch making.
